I'm a big big fan of spooky stories. I'm a senior digital artist and technical manager at a major Los Angeles special effects company. The original story of The Abbot's Book was written when I was 19; I've been plugging away at it in one way or another, ever since. Two other projects are being developed in my spare time. One is a screenplay, about 2/3 finished; the other is an animated cartoon, attempting to follow in the footsteps of Tex Avery, et al. When they're ready to see, I'll set up web sites for them, too. More than anything, I'd love to find some way to make this type of work my day job. This site is still under construction. If you have any questions about any aspect of it, let me know. Contact info is listed below. Copies of the full story of The Abbot's Book are available upon request. Copies of the game design document for The Abbot's Book will be tougher to pry out of my hands, since they require more explaining. There's nearly 200 pages of game details... There's considerably more design work done for the project than you see on this site. A few additional bits are posted below. More details can be had for your consideration, if you're curious. |
